After most of my life dedicated to organization development in companies and public institutions, I came to the conclusion that competitive excellence was based on people.
People is the key in all the areas of the organization. The success of many cases that I had worked on, was always related to the value of the people, not other variables.

I am CEO at People4, an entrepreneur and, when my time allows, I train future leaders in universities and business schools.
